Menu: ˝ chicken, salt potatoes, coleslaw, baked beans, bread & dessert
Dinner $10 or 1/2 chicken $6
Eat In or Take Out - Handicapped accessible
Craft & Vendor Show at Hermon-DeKalb School
April 27, 2016
A craft and vendor show will be held Saturday, April 30, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Hermon-DeKalb Central School, 709 East DeKalb Rd.
There will be raffles and concessions.
Admission is a donation to the Class of 2018.
Chicken barbecue set for April 30 in DeKalb

A chicken BBQ will be served Saturday, April 30, from noon until sold out at the DeKalb Junction fire hall, 4323 U.S. Highway 11.
The cost is $9 for a meal and $5 for chicken only.
The meal includes chicken, macaroni salad, salt potatoes, baked beans, roll and dessert.

Proceeds benefit the 2016 Hermon-DeKalb Central Chemical Free After Grad Party.
Village of Richville Dissolution Meetings
April 26, 2016
Village of Richville dissolution meetings will be held the 3rd Monday of each month for the remainder of the year.
All meetings will be held in the Richville Volunteer Fire Department community room. Meetings will start at 5:45 pm

Spring Cleanup Day May 31, 2016 North side of Highway 11 Town of DeKalb

Once again, it is time to clean out the garage, attic, basement, etc. The Highway Dept. will make curbside pickups on May 31, 2016. All items must be at curbside by 6:00 AM on Tuesday morning the 31st. The crew will only make one trip down each road/street.
Items that will be picked up are: rubbish, household furnishings, appliances, lumber, etc., tires are limited to two off rims and
no brush, leaves or household garbage.
The north side of Route 11 is any property on the left side of Route 11 when traveling from Gouverneur and the right side of Route 11 when traveling from Canton.
Now is a good time to get rid of it!
The Town of DeKalb Highway Department is offering a spring drop off of rubbish at the Town Barn, located at 2810 SH 812 DeKalb.
The drop off days at the Town Barn will be
May 12th 8 – 4 and May 14th 8 – 11
Items that are accepted will be trash, household furnishings, appliances, lumber, etc., and a limit of two tires that are off the rims, brush will be accepted at the Town Barn only.

Town of DeKalb Offers Options for Tax Payments

The Town of DeKalb is now offering you another way to pay your taxes. You can now pay by credit/debit card. You can either pay online or in the office. If you choose to use your card, there will be a small fee that is charged by the company working with the town. The town does not collect this fee, only the amount for your taxes will be collected by the Town Clerk.
You can continue to pay your taxes by check, money order or cash, if you choose.
